Would it work on internal parasites?

It does but the best thing to do is soak some pellets for the fish with a bit of the paracleanse and feed it to them make sure the fish are very hungry and adding a bit of garlic flavour to it helps it taste better too hope this helps 😊. Lisa

Will this work for callamanus worms?

No. You need expell -p for those.

Your not going to overdose them so just enough to soak into fish food and pour the rest into tank as directions say
