They are perfect , use them for tagging estate sales

These do not absorb ink, they are very small, about the surface area of a nickel. Great for small jewelry labels, rings etc... You cannot put a lot of information on them though. My only complaint is that they don't absorb gel inks, and have to be, "blotted" after writing on them with my favorite gel ink pen, or they will smear and be illegible. Great value for the price. Ties work great, easy to remove from bundles, and pre-tied makes them easy to, "Loop" through the string to make a non-permanent knot and are easy to remove after selling item. I recommend these and would buy them again.

Too small. Ties are also too small. Many were not knotted and making a knot in these tiny strings was a PIA. Fail

NOTE: These jewelry tags are very delicate with an almost thread-like string, all of which is perfect for jewelry. But I am having trouble with the distance between the knot in the string and the tag. There is barely room to slip the tag between the strings to fasten it in place. I am using these tags to mark vintage fishing reels. I am wrapping the string around slim bars and am still having trouble fitting the paper tag between the strings because the knot is so high.

The tag size is great, the quality is nice and they appear clean and crisp. The tag itself takes both pen and pencil very well and worked fantastic for what I needed them for. Overall the value for the money is worth it and I will be purchasing again.
