Fitbit wouldn't give me the time of day when I wrote to them and explained the charger never worked properly, and now didn't work at all. I ordered this one because it was the least expensive and I wasn't positive IT would work. What a pleasant surprise!! Works like a charm!!

I thought my Fitbit had stopped working. I had only purchased it a few months ago. It turned out the charger wasn’t working properly. Im so glad I purchased this at such a great price instead of having to buy another watch.

It is not working. Please replace it

I bought this unit to replace my original which got lost in a move. It works great but like almost everything, the laptop does not like charging through the USB inputs so it takes forever and keeps dropping out. I took it to work and plugged it into my work computer and it charged like a rocket in less than a half hour from dead. Cannot wait to get my desktop computer back up and running so I am not waiting all day for it to charge.
