The Quest Hero bar is my favorite protein bar. This flavor was good, but the Birthday Cake one is hands down the BEST! Has a puffed rice center, with a light coating on the outside. It has pretty good macros and again the taste is on point.It gives me the protein boost I need, while staying lower calorie. I feel like im getting a nice treat to boot.Cuts my sugar craving and is satisfying, taking my hunger pangs away.I prefer these over the Barebell bars, my other favorite is the Built bars.Give them a shot, might be your new go to bar.
