El tubo es sumamente frágil y se rompe fácilmente. Lo colocamos a la secadora y lo movimos hacia un lado y se rompió. Después quise cortarlo porque está largo y sin exagerar, se empezó a romper, a jalar la cinta con que está envuelto y a deshacer. Estoy muy decepcionada y no lo recomiendo

I bought this flex hose for my daughter's halloween costume (she's going as a Gonk Droid from Star Wars) so I can't comment on the noise level or the actual intended function, HOWEVER I will say it is made of very thick (yet flexible!) material, and it is much better quality than the flimsy aluminum vent hoses from the hardware stores! The clamps it came with are strong and good quality as well.

I use this with a portable air conditioner so I can place it where I want and send the exhaust out the window

Ordered this to replace a 5" diameter duct hose for a portable a/c unit. The opening of the hose needs to measure 5" to fit on hard plastic fixtures. This hose is 5" from edge to edge but inside measures 4" and will not work without tearing. Otherwise seems like it would be a fine product.
