These are hands down the BEST low voltage lighting connectors I have ever used. I have tried at least 6 different types over the last 10 years and all of them had serious flaws. This device is simple to use, makes a reliable connection first time every time, and is compact. I will NEVER use another connector product. You must have these.

These connectors are great. They are way better than those that come with the low voltage light fixtures. They are super easy to install. I Typically use them to repair old connections that are damaged or corroded, but I have also used them for new light string installations. I have purchased these more than once.

I had no issues connecting my low voltage landscape lights using these. Simple installation and done in a few minutes with needle pliers.

These connectors are intended to connect a low-voltage device to a low-voltage trunk line. Like many connectors of this general type, the conductors are intended to pierce the insulator of the trunk wire when the plastic caps are screwed down. They may work fine for new low-voltage wire; however, I found them to be unsuitable for old #12 wire that had been in place for a long time. The insulators of the old wire had become very stiff and hard, making it very difficult for the sharp prongs to successfully pierce the wire and make a reliable connection. The threads of the plastic screw-on caps strip long before the enough clamping force is created to pierce the old wire. I even tried squeezing the old wire onto the prongs with needle-nose pliers before threading the caps on, but found that even this often didn't create a reliable connection. I'll be returning these connectors.

Theses wire connectors work perfect on my outdoor low voltage landscape lighting. This is my second purchase. I recommend this product.
