A huge thanks to the maker of this amazing prebiotic. Suffered a nasty food poisoning 4 years ago, my gut health gradually deteriorated till I became lactose intolerant, and tried many probiotics with mixed results. Commenced on one capsule twice a day with breakfast and dinner, and increased to twice a day, and could feel benefits in first week, and remarkably my lactose issues have vanished and for the last month have ben back drinking milk, chocolate and adding sauces back to foods. I do not understand how this is possible, but am thankful that I stumbled over this product using the internet. Could potentially work in combination with probiotics.

I take a prebiotic as a supplement for dietary purposes. The package came quickly.

I cannot speak to medical results, only symptoms. I had been having severe diarrhea for 2-3 months...the kind with urgency and 'accidents'. Probiotics did not help. My gastroenterologist is in the process of determining if I have celiac disease. However, within three days of starting biotagen, the diarrhea stopped entirely. Whether or notI have celiac disease, I am having no diarrhea.I have taken probiotics for years whenever on antibiotics, and thought they would help with the diarrhea. They didn't. Biotagen saved the day!

This is the best product I've found for my lactose intolerance. I take a few a day and then chew (chewing is critical) lactase pills from Costco. I still have reactions, but not nearly as bad as before.

4 large pills a day that is a lot for prebiotic on top of that i have to take probiotic and post biotic. I think this would be a great product if it can be combined with 3 in pre, pro, post biotic. that is less than 4 pills would be helpful. most of the other brands have 3 in 1 that is 1 pill a day. i like the insulin but the other ingredients i'm not sure if it is good to take longer than 6 months. for now this is the only bottle i will use and i dont plan to rebuy when i'm done.
