Why does the device heat up when charging?

1. Please check whether the device is aligned accurately; 2. The thickness of your phone case should not exceed 5mm/0.2in; 3. It’s normal if your device heats up slightly, which won’t affect its safety and service life.

If this wireless charging pad cannot charge or there is a charging interruption, how can I deal with these problems?

The charging pad cannot charge your phone if it doesn’t have wireless charging function. If your phone has wireless charging function but is not aligned accurately, it will lead to those problems.

Why can't this dual wireless charging pad be charged on both sides at the same time?

Please use the included 24W power adapter and check if your devices have wireless charging functions. In addition, the devices should be put in the charging area on the pad.
