Element 26 Knee Sleeves for Weight Lifting with Gym Bag (S, OD Green)

Great product, I highly recommend the 6mm knee sleeves. I don't like wraps, they frustrate me, so I bought these to test them out, I could not be happier. They provide the stability and protection I need. The shipping with Amazon was the only issue I had, but that is of course an Amazon issue. Element 26 makes great products, I am sure I will be shopping with them again.

UPDATE: 11/23/24: For easy install - turn inside out and upside down. Bring just below your knee and pull up from the bottom which turns them right side up. No need for baby powder. Ive been using them 3x a week for martial arts / knee drips & spins and sparring. Continues to offer great protection! Highly recommend. Measured my knee three times as instructed. When the knee sleeves arrived they were so tight i could not get them up. Sprinkled some baby powder on my knee area and they slipped right on. I am an Advanced martial artist and horse trainer Riding Instructor. Work all day on my feet carrying heavy saddles, heavy wheelbarrows, and buck hay. Weak knees due to past injury. These sleeves are perfect support for jump kicks, jumping off ranch equipment and did I mention I’m 61 years old. If you are looking for strong support these are perfect. If you are over weight, these are not for you due to the top and bottom band structures will cut off your circulation or be uncomfortable and even painful. These are strong support made for athletes.

Even though I have to modify how I'm using these, on day 1 I'm getting results. I've been hobbling around for several days now. I was fairly sedentary over the winter then jumped into a more active spring, including using a new balance board to strengthen muscles around my knees, riding my longboard, and working all evening walking around a parking lot for two nights (motorcycle safety coach). I guess that last part did me in because I haven't been able to fully fold my left leg due to swelling. I've been trying to stay off it since my class this past week, utilizing the RICE protocol, massaging with magnesium before bed, and taking Aleve when necessary. So far the swelling has dramatically decreased, but I've gained some instability. These sleeves seem to really help me when I need to be up moving around. I'm actually wearing them over skinny stretchy jeans. Probably not advisable, but this is what I live in most days. Using another reviewer's trick of turning them inside out and upside down to pull them on to the bottom edge of where they should sit, I've had easy success getting them on. So far, my only complaint is that I can feel pressure from circulation being squeezed in my lower leg when they're on. To limit this, whenever I sit down, I peel them down (inside out) to just below where I feel pinching. Then when I need to be on my feet again, I just slide them up and pull the tops back up over my knees. For reference, I'm a 45 year old woman. 5'6" 170 pounds, muscular but still a little overweight. I took exact measurements as directed in the picture and went with the medium black sleeve. The picture shows how I wear them when sitting down.

They are very helpful for squats. I have a lot of knee pain , the sleeves do not help with the pain . But makes my knees feel more solid when I’m doing squats.

The KNEESLEEVES!!!! WOW!!!! I love them! The 5mm I found too soft, and the 7mm I found too restraining. The Element26 6mm knee sleeves make a huge difference, are good for a more active workout, have good flexibility and allow me to move with ease. Also, they provide great support for weiglifthing they feel and fit great, I feel secure. I have had some Costa Rican brands, wored out to quick, I had Reband, wore them our too, the last pair I had I forgot the brnad but the neopren inside started to get a whole in the center of the patela. I hope the elemnt26 lasts longer than all the other ones. At this point, a bit over a month since I purchased them, I am giving them 10 out of 10.

Been brilliant to help support the knee when squatting and helps the drive up due to the material being elastic, I normally put these on when I get to 100Kg and go from there and had no issues since using these.
