What settings on the heat press do you use for this vinyl?

Dear customer, according to your question, please refer to the following Settings: Home Iron InstructionsL: Set iron dial berween cotton and linen cover with teflon sheet Place on flat,hard surface(ironing board not recommended) Press each section of design for (Matte12-15 sec./Glitter HTV-15-18 Sec.) Heat Press Instructions: Preheat garment for 2-3sec. Apply design at 305℉/150°C(Glitter HTV-320℉/160℃) Use medium pressure for 12-15sec.(Glitter HTV -15-18 Sec.) If areas of design lift after application,replace cover sheet and re-press for 5-10sec. Peel carrier (Matte-Warm/ Glitter HTV- Hot/Warm)

Is this compatible with the cricut Joy?

I’m not familiar with how the joy works. The sheets are 12x 12
