I only filled pots with a mixture of half PittMoss, half regular potting soil but the plants in the pots I used PittMoss grew much bigger and better than plants in pots with just regular potting soil. It does not work as your average potting mix. Experiment with one pot or few seedlings in different light conditions outside(if starting seeds or seedlings) and watering amount. It holds immense amount of water and if left in the open in the rain, smaller plants may rot. Texture is pleasant, airy. It has quite intense smell (keep it somewhere with good air circulation. It is expensive.

A: This is a great medium for growing healthy cannabis plants. Check out buildasoil on Instagram he trialed the PittMoss against his own mix with great results.

**Q: Can this be used in a vegetable garden?**
A: Any quality soil can be used for a vegetable garden, depending on its PH level. Keep in mind that Pittmoss is mostly used to Increases aeration and the ability of the soil to "breathe", while reducing run-off. With that said all vegetable plants do well with good drainage.

**Q: I have some indoor plants to repot, is 2 cubit size enough to fill 3 15 in pots?**
A: i was able to fill i around two 6 gallon pots with one bag.

**Q: Will this work for germinating black walnut seeds?**
A: Yes but please make sure your have a pH of 6.0 to 6.5. for your Walnut seeds

Saw this product on shark tank and was looking for something to mix with our heavy garden soil so we gave it a shot. I tested out some fresh zinnia seeds and transplanted mini roses (mid September). Not only did the roses instantly start blooming more than before but the zinnias are still blooming. I also used it to mix into ground plants when planting and in pots. Recommend!
