Liquid Fence Deer and Rabbit Repellent Ready-to-Use Spray, 1 Gallon

I had deer eat every single pepper and rabbits in my squash so I tried a lot of stuff to get rid of them- this is what worked. Oh my god it REEEEEEEEEEEEEKS make sure you pay attention to the wind while you use it. The spray nozzle thing is a little weird, had to hold the hose far out or it wouldn't work but it's ok. This stuff is mind blowing! I live in country so we have a lot of deer. I spent a lot of money on flowers & plants this year & within a day or two the deer ate all the petals & buds off. Every time they would start to bloom again they would destroy them. I did not think this stuff would work, i bought it July 23rd and its August 22nd i waited 1 month to leave an honest review and let me tell you..it works! My flowers are massive now since i started spraying this stuff on & around them. The video is what my flowers looked like before i started using this spray the morning after a herd of deer came through and ate everything & the pictures are what they look like 1 month later tonight. I dont know what is in this stuff and it smells terrible but it keeps the deer away, they have resorted to eating my grass and weeds which is fine with me cuts back in mowing lol. I have watched them on my ring camera walk towards my flower beds & immediately walk away so it works! The only negative thing i have is the spray nozzle did not work so i just poured some into an old spray bottle i had around. I started spraying this stuff about every other night for about a week & then switched to every 5 days/weekly and i water daily and it still keeps them away! If you have a problem with deer eating everything.. this will work! Wash your hands if you get some on you because peee-youuuu its stinks!

My wooded back yard abuts other wooded back yards so there are plenty of deer and rabbits that love to chomp on several of my wife's perennials. Liquid Fence does what it says it will do if you follow the directions and reapply it regularly. My only problem with the product is the spray system. It rarely works, and when it does, it stops working before the container is empty. Because the cap is integral to the sprayer it doesn't come off like a conventional screw-on cap, so I often use a box cutter to cut a hole in the plastic container so I can pour the liquid into a sprayer. It's messy and it's smelly.

Though we live in town, we have relentless deer. This amazingly keeps them away. The smell is gross when it is being applied, but the smell dissipates and after 5+ years I am used to it. I do spray more often than suggested, approximately every 2-3 days. It is worth the extra effort to keep our flowers and hostas.

This stuff works. We live on STL county and have a bunch of deer. During the past three summers we have used this on all our plants that deer love to munch on. It's now a week into August and we have had zero plant deaths this season bcos of deer. We bought six gallons total to get us through the summer this year and will continue to buy in years to come. Spray can last 4-6 days without watering or rain. We always spray after rain. It makes our yard smell like coyote pee which keeps the deer away.

The solution has a strong predator scent and it worked deterring deer. However, what a shame, after one use it became useless because the sprayer stopped working. I read other reviews that also complain about the sprayer. I returned it.

I rarely write a review but this product so far is excellent. I have tried (and continue to use) several methods to deter deer from eating my plants, especially my morning glories. I have solar motion activated sprinklers and motion activated noise makers. They help some but spraying this product on my plants has so far worked great in keeping the deer at bay. I water 2 times a day, every day so the only issue is I have to spray it nightly. But I have found after 2-3 days of spraying really well I can now just kind of sprinkle the plants. The smell seems to build up so I don't have to use as much now. Bottom line - this product is excellent as it is the only product that my deer will avoid and leave my plants alone.

I’ve purchased this product twice, both last year and this. This year, I had a problem with delivery as the wrapping on the bottle was torn and the liquid leaked out in the box. As such, I didn’t feel comfortable using it and really couldn’t see how I could return it. I notified Amazon and they promptly sent a replacement, no charge. The product I received last year worked very well keeping the rabbits away from the plants they most enjoy for breakfast, most prominently hostas and some low flowering plants. My biggest complaint is that I couldn’t actually get a “spray”. Without screwing the end nozzle completely off, I was only able to get a “stream.” It was also required to screw the end nozzle tightly to an off position. Happy to report, they have fixed this problem quite nicely! The new spray apparatus has 2 spray settings and an “off”. The product is quite stinky so I’m always careful not to stand down wind. The smell does dissipate relatively quickly on the plants, though it must linger to the animals. NOTE: Shake thoroughly! I made the mistake of not shaking enough and it left a white residue on my plant. Shaking more vigorously it does not. I’ve given the product only a 4 due to the “spray/stream” problem I had with the first bottle. Hopefully, no store is still selling the first iteration but beware. I do very highly recommend this repellent. It works!

I have been using this for a few months now. I can see deer on the camera by my hedge and they are not eating the hedge - so far so good and the hedge is growing strong which will protect it from the deer better than young shoots.

It seems to be working - which is extraordinary as we have a large area where dear and rabbits can enter.

Bought it for my mother’s garden to get rid of rabbits. Followed the instructions and the rabbits are still there. Waste of time and money.

Didn't stop any rabbits or deer coming onto our property.
