Dermaharmony Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Therapy Soap 4 oz Bars - 3 Pack - for Seborrhea and Dandruff

This is better than any cream for seborrheic dermatitis.. but don't overuse it .. once a day is the right dose to me.

I bought this for a friend’s teenage son. It definitely cleared it by about half. He didn’t use it regularly so didn’t get full results. It was less inflamed and less red.

I had a skin condition for years without realizing what was causing it. My skin is very sensitive to many of the chemical ingredients commonly used in soaps, especially fragrances. I would often develop rashes in certain areas, which turned out to be related to a fungal skin condition. After seeing several dermatologists, one finally identified the issue and recommended that I start using “Dermaharmony Pyrithione Zinc” soap. Since then, most of my symptoms have gone away. I would definitely recommend this soap, even for people who don’t have a skin condition, because it seems to be much gentler on the skin.

Given time, this makes a difference on your skin. I have some weird dry skin patches in my beard and eyebrows that got flaky skin. A dermo told me that it might be fungal and they could write me a script but it would be better for me to just see if over the counter zinc soaps might do the trick. They sure did! While I don't know if they "cured" it, but the patches have stopped appearing or appearing as badly as they did. My skin feels and looks much healthier now and smoother than it was. I got my daughters using it and I think I can see a difference on their complexions as well. With the three of us using a single bar in the shower to wash our face, ears and neck, this lasts about a month. Which isn't that bad. The soap lathers up pretty well, but not super sudsy. I tried the one with "shea butter" in it and didn't like the feeling on my skin. In my opinion the original version is the best version.
