I bought the larger one because I have large arms and didn't want to have to return it. The larger version is pretty big, and wound up not being as supportive after a while, so I broke down and bought this smaller size. Well, this one was a bit tight at first, but stretched out enough that it fits perfectly. I have a badly torn supraspinatus, along with a couple other torn tendons, and will definitely be needing surgery, so while I wait for that, I will be wearing this brace, daily. I wore the larger one for a month or so, and I am really happy with the quality. I really like that the arm piece has a piece of plastic to hold the strap in place. The only thing I would change is that the velcro part could be a bit narrower so that the prickly part of it doesn't rub on your skin and irritate you. Definitely worth the money, and great for holding an ice pack in place.

Está muy bien manufacturado. Las costuras son de buena calidad y el Velcro tiene buen agarre. La forma de ajusta muy bien a mi pecho y brazo y es fácil controlar la presión del soporte. Compré el de talla regular y mido 1.83, 87 Kg. El único detalle que creo podría mejorar es que la correa para biceps podría quedar algo corta para algunas personas. Lo estoy utilizando para ayudarme en mis actividades por atrofia muscular después de una cirugía de hombro y me queda justo. Muy seguramente cuando recupere mi tono regular no me quedará.

I bought a $44 brace from a company that could deliver in a couple of days. I was desperate for relief and Amazon would take too long to deliver here. That brace is a quality brace, but it didn’t fit well around my bicep and irritated my armpit. This Spartacus brace provides adjustable bicep support and is a little longer in the upper arm. It doesn’t rub my underarm, and it provides good shoulder compression. It’s easy to to put on by myself. I needed my husband’s help with the other one. It’s a lighter weight than the other brace which should help with the heat and humidity, and I do a lot of yard work. Seeing an ortho doc to get diagnosed takes time here and this brace is helping stabilize my shoulder and minimize the pain untii l can be seen and get a PT referral. I’d give it a 5 but I’ve just started using it. Update: I wore this for 6 hours today and my one complaint is the buckle the Velcro strap goes through to secure it around the bicep is uncomfortable on the underside of my upper arm. It can’t be moved since it’s stitched in place. Wearing it for fewer hours at a time will be ok.

Rarely write reviews, so clearly I’m not happy: 1) The sleeve on the arm is very and rises over the bicep. Even though I have tightened too tight. Not as the picture portrays. 2) The material is not breathable, if you train in it both you and the support will be excessively wet. The material maybe good if it was used in thermal under clothing!! 3) Due to the material and design this support is no good for training in and does not offer good support at all. The support maybe ok if you live in very cold weather and intend not moving a lot while wearing. I’ve worn shoulder supports for years due to a rugby injury and never had issues like this. There is a reason it is cheap!!
