El cuchillo llego bien, es una pieza accesible para iniciar en el mundo de los cuchillos de alta gama, si bien su precio es barato probablemente no sea japonés artesanal al 100% pero como aprendiz de su uso es bueno para tomar experiencia en afilado a un precio razonable.
