not as petite as I was expecting. However, she is well made and has on a beautiful dress. Love her hair as I do love lilac, they say purple, but it is really a beautiful lilac color. Petite to me is short, almost the same size as a regular barbie doll, I am fine with that, and I don't mind the oversized tennis shoes looks good on her. I recommend this doll for little or big girls to interact with. For a little over 10 dollars, she is well made and worth the price.
