En un inicio me mandaron una pieza que estaba mal etiquetada....El vendedor respondió y me mandó la correcta.La computadora en sí, es muy buena, buena memoria y bastante rápida para uso de oficina (no jugar).

Cumple con las especificaciones
Tiene un buen rendimiento, el wifi es de buena calidad, le dura la Batería batería lo necesario para trabajar si no tienes el cargador.Si la quieres para jugar online, recomiendo utilizar un adaptador de red, ya que este modelo no cuenta con conexión por cable.Funciona muy bien para clases en línea de ingeniería y los programas requeridos los corre sin problemas.

En mi caso, el equipo que recibí, el primer día de operación, configurando el producto, se suspendió repentinamente hasta tres veces estando conectada a corriente. Se pasmó y sencillamente no reaccionaba hasta forzar el apagado del equipo. Sin desear comentarios negativos para el equipo y HP en mi caso PURAS DECEPCIONES Y NO ME SIRVIO PARA NADA.

El anuncio dice Procesador Ryzen 7 5700U, me enviaron una con procesador Ryzen 7 4700U. También dice Memoria RAM 16 GB, en realidad tiene 8 BG.
