I like that there are 4 simple supplements included in this that really target brain function. I actually had to cut back to just 1 capsule daily. 2 was too much for me. I feel more focused and calm. I don’t think I’ve slept a full night without waking up multiple times every night for over decade. The past 2 nights i have slept all the way through and felt rested when I woke. I have taken l theanine, gotu Kola and holy basil before and I have felt relaxed but something about this combo and dosage really feels good and it’s calming my brain while giving me energy during the day while really giving me restful sleep at night which I haven’t noticed in other supplements. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed and I feel I’m able to react to stress better.

I use in stressful situations and it helps.

I take this alongside ashwagandha ( same brand ) and am getting great results. It definitely calms your mind from all the constant crazy thoughts that can run through your head while having or even before an anxiety attack. Have been taking it regularly for two months now and will continue to. I also bought joy for the same brand but didn’t feel like it worked as quickly as this product, two totally different products I know.
