I wanted to give this as a boxed gift, however, box was mis-shaped with a very large hole on side. They shipped in an envelope. Envelope was fine, box was not. For me, presentation is everything, so i was not happy. Cup looks true to pics. Colors and size, was as shown.

Great gift for teachers perfect for long days at school.

One of the first times I carried this cup with me I dropped a full cup on the concrete. It did not do any damage to it at all. I have looked it over for scratches, dents and cracks. Nota mark one! That's strong stuff!

This cup was a gift to my college roommate for Christmas and he loves it! Although it is smaller than it may seem, it’s great for on the go travels and works with any hot or cold beverage of your choice!

The mug looks great, but the bottom has foam on the bottom that is cheap and gets soaked when you hand wash it. The treble clef design is just a piece of paper in between the thermos lining and the plastic outside. It keeps coffee fairly warm, but if you accidentally knock it over stand it back up quickly because it will already start to leak from the closer at the top. I think you get what you pay for, so I just tossed it after using it for a while. I would have liked it better if it had a plastic bottom instead.
