I am having some memory issues, I find Choline in general helps my energy, mood and concentration but this 50% Alpha-GPC form is best for me because I can adjust the dosage easily. If I get too much of it I will be have a little trouble sleeping. I take it first thing in the morning with L-theanine and/or Alpha lipoic acid and l-Carnatine.

I have been taking alpha-GPC from Fit Powders for a couple of years. No problems until recently. My last two packages came clumpy and having a slight ammonia smell (previous batches were a very fine powder and no smell). Something appears to have changed in the manufacturing process and I don't feel comfortable with it. Looked on their website for the "third party" lab testing and all it has is a certificate that says the product was titrated - which in the chemistry world pretty much doesn't say anything for purity or quality Can't recommend anymore.

I've purchased this product a half a dozen times. Alpha-GPC tastes sweet. My last package was nearly devoid of any taste. The powder was less dense than it has ever been. 2-00 sized capsules have no effect. It was once a great value, and now it seems to have been diluted past the point of efficacy. I will be switching to a different brand.
