The design stood out, so I decided to give it a try when the ol' Hamilton Beach packed it in. After almost a year of use, I'm quite satisfied with it. The brew options are great; love being able to do a cup or two. Adjusting the duration and temp of the heating pad it nice; too many of those things burn way too hot. Its quiet and fast; with a polite little beep to tell me that its coffee time!

This is a great product as I’ve used it in USA. Unfortunately it is not meant to be used in countries with over 120V power points. You cannot use a step up adapter as it is not recommended by the manufacturer. Great service by the seller as I had a hassle free return and received my refund immediately after. Would buy this item from the seller again if they ever launched a compatible model for UAE.

Muy buena compra. Jubilamos una guerrera Mr. Coffe que teniamos y notamos el gran salto a esta cafetera ojala nos dure la mitad de tiempo que aquella. Rapida, buen cafe y muy comodo que puedes hacerte desde una taza hasta una jarra completa. A mis hijas les encanta el espumador para sus bebidas.

Loving my purchase! We use it daily, making a pot of coffee will give (for two) 2-3 cups of coffee as we work from home. It stays warm for a while and suits us perfectly. Love the other features. This is exactly what I was looking for. A machine that doesn’t take up much space on the counter, can make specialty coffees and brew a nice regular pot of coffee. I definitely recommend this machine.
