Portugal: The Cookbook

Excellent coverage of Portuguese recipes although too many similar recipes. Writing was rather small so it was not easy to read but easy to miss items in the recipe.

This was an utterly splendid book but not for me . So much particularly the long section on fish was completely impossible in the UK. Not sure what the target audience was - aspiring Portuguese cooks perhaps. I'm sorry but I returned it.

I fell in love with the book while on hols in Portugal. Beautiful edition. Great receipes

Very good, it gives you all the different regions and their recipes

Worth looking into Portuguese cooking

My own fault, I love my Italian cookbook by the same company but unfortunately there really are very few things in here I could ever see me making. If you don’t like salt cod, I’d give it a miss.
