I see some of the other reviews complain about the mask shipping folded, I had no problem unfolding it. Some people are asking for more instructions. I think the confusion is about the reservoir bag. To offer some clarification, no assembly is required or anything, you just put the mask on your face and attach the hose to your oxygen source. The bag is there to inflate with oxygen and provide an oxygen reservoir so that if you temporarily breathe faster than the flow of oxygen from your oxygen source, you will breathe oxygen from the reservoir bag, rather than breathing regular air from the surrounding environment. It helps you to get more oxygen for the same flow rate from your oxygen source. You don't need to do anything special to set up the bag, it's already attached to the mask and just works when you attach the mask to the oxygen source.

Masks are flat and when opened and put on they go back to the flat position on your face, they are not very pliable or useable at all. Would NEVER purchase again!

Purchased this for use with an oxygen concentrator. Cannot get the air to flow into the mask properly. Instructions are not detailed enough. My first time connecting a mask like this. Don't know if product is flawed or I am doing something wrong. Probably would work IF I could reach someone for help. Otherwise will have to return. Amazon Help Center does not provide the appropriate options for this type of problem solving, and no way to contact the seller.

Packages was on time. Upon opening found one of their sanitary sealed bags torn open and rendering it useless… also they’re folded in a way that messes with the mold shape that’s to fit in the face. I was able to maneuver it with a blow dryer oh heat. Also This is labeled for adults L3 on the label. And it’s barely fits my face. Im a regular average/thin adult male. The oxygen bag is also way smaller than the photo depicts
