Yeh, if you use it on your face and get sweaty it will be kinda stingy if it gets in your eyes. I try to keep it a little away from eye area and rub it in real good Wear it every day cuz I'm prone to melanomas

I’m assuming you mean “without a mess.” If so, probably yes. Though I don’t wear makeup so I don’t know for sure.

Yes, just blend into your skin well before applying makeup. I use it daily.
