Nib clogs easily
Arrival was excellent. I bought this to replace my Vector (which was never smooth and became nearly impossible to use with time). Unfortunately the XL Fine nib is not super smooth. If I go one week without using it the pen dries up. Not completely, but you do need some water to get the ink flowing again. I use it with Quink cartridges I had left from the Vector, so I'm not sure whether the ink might be a bit too thick or old for this nib. I use it to write on cheap school notebooks and it does ghost but not enough to make it illegible when using both sides. In my case, writing experience didn't improve with higher quality paper. A Medium nib would probably be smoother and perform better.
