I don't know if I got stronger or it's the spring quality. After 2 and half weeks of use the maximum resistance adjustible (60kg) became too easy to squeeze. And the rubber started coming out little by little.

Bought this a while ago can see the veins in my forearms more visibily but not all thanks to this have to workout and make sure proper diet is followed then only you'll get to it and try to increase the weight output daily to check your limit.

It's foam started removing after 1 week of use.

The product looks and feels very sturdy. The plastic material thickness at the adjustable screw is very thick, The range of tension is good. Overall, good product alunder 250₹ for a beginner like me.I can't comment on the durability of the product, let's see how durable this product will be in future.

after only 15min use my palm and finger started to pain and after some time the rubber started to chip off only been 1day since i purchased very bad!!
