Rival Nutrition Clean Gainer Protein Powder (Soft Serve Vanilla, 12 lb)

I've spent the last 5 years perfecting my workout routine. I've tried many gainers and this one is special. No, it doesn't have 1500 bloated calories per serving. It doesn't NEED that many calories if you are getting calories from food sources. I try to eat about 2250-2500 calories a day and add this shake to average 3000 calories per day. That works for me. I gain both weight and STRENGTH. I was most impressed with the strength I gain in comparison to other gainers I've tried. Rival Clean Gainer gets my top prize for strength gains. You can always drink 2 in one day if you do not meet your food calorie goals. I try not to do that so the bag lasts longer. I have tried chocolate and vanilla. Both taste great for a gainer shake. No blender needed if you have a good shaker. I recommend buying a cheap scale if you don't already have one. It's much easier to measure the grams needed for a full shake. I like the "soft serve vanilla" I have been using for over a year and it also is available for people like myself who use EBT money. It helps me keep my weight to a healthy level, and I add avocado, frozen peas, pineapple, strawberries banana,blueberries, canned spinach, Amazon raw almonds, chia seeds, 1 egg, and sugar free almond milk. It's a healthy tasty meal! I dont have a great appitite, and this is a tremendous help. Tastes great!!!!!

I bought this for weight gain purposes, as I have dropped under 100lbs. I don’t have much of an appetite and have a hard time with big meals or even drinking thick shakes. I’ve tried a few other powdered gainers and I hate the chalky, artificial taste, and thick consistency. This was really good, very impressed. Easy to drink, not too thick. 2 scoops with whole milk for about 700 calories total! Huge bag! Really good flavor, like melted vanilla milkshake-not gross artificial vanilla. It is very sweet, but that’s my only complaint and it’s hardly worth mentioning. Very good product overall..I will update in a month with gaining results!

The flavor of this protein is excellent so is the amount of protein it contains and for the most the ingredients are also excellent. The issue : the ingredient lists NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS so I question what exactly are these "natural and artificial flavors" also this contains sucralose which is a big 👎👎. What is the purpose of adding sucralose to an otherwise great whey protein powder, it contains stevia. I'm sure the sucralose is what makes me a bit nauseous when I drink this protein shake and for that I definitely half to use less than half a scoop at a time or I'll be too sick to weight train

This product tastes great! I personally mix with water and blend and think it tastes as good as pre bottled protein shakes. I'm trying to put on weight and the extra calories are a plus. The value for money is reason enough for purchase. It's not a thick consistency and that is a relief!

6’5, 160-200lbs. This is my favorite weight gainer. Best tasting and doesn’t make you feel terrible after drinking (as others did for me). I get vanilla, add peanut butter and blend with with water and ice. You could use milk too for the extra calories or even add some mix berries to make it taste even better. I have not tried any other flavors (playing it safe) but maybe I’m missing out. But seriously, I’ve tried 5 other brands and they’ve all made me feel horrible and killed my appetite after drinking. Two scoops after my workout, then two scoops after dinner.

Great my hair just loves it

I’ve purchased the vanilla 5 times, and it was mostly good. It’s a little too sweet, but mixed with black coffee it’s great. However, one bag was severely sweet, and the most recent bag I purchased which compelled me to write this review was very bitter. I can deal with overly sweet, but bitterness and this slight change in color and coarseness of the powder makes me worried about finishing this brand new bag…
