I’ve been baking bacon for years. I’d bought a special set with the baking pan/coated wire rack. It worked great for the first couple uses then the coating started flaking off the rack which sent it to the recycling bin. I ordered this silicone mat and ( after cutting it to fit the baking pan) used it for the first time today. It worked great: more slices per batch because it fills the whole pan; easy to empty grease in between batches; and, best of all, washing it was a breeze. Ease of cleaning: Nothing stuck, cleaning was so easy Appearance: Projections on one side, elevated bacon above grease Thickness: As long as grease is poured off between batches, cooked bacon has grease drained off Fit: I had to cut it to fit my baking pan but it was easy to do and not I have a dedicated set Quality: Silicone has the flexibility like is should and seems sturdy enough to stand up to multiple uses.

Love this mat for air fryer bacon!!. Put it on the bottom tray, then bacon right on it, keeps air fryer much cleaner. Easy pour off of fat and a few wipes with a soapy sponge after each use will make cleanup easy. Cut to size with ordinary scissors.

It works well on the countertop to set hot pans on when taking out of the oven. I am just not 100% happy with it because the ends have curled and it will not lay flat. Nice size.

Used for my encaustic art. Works great and easy to rescue dripped wax which saves money.

Only received the large one in the package. There was supposed to be a smaller one also. The one I received is fine and will be easy to use. I am not going to go through the return process just for the smaller one though.

We've used this mat to cook bacon in the oven, and also to make potato chips in the microwave. The little pyramids keep the food off the surface to keep things from getting soggy. Microwave potato chips are crispy and delicious. And the bacon...well, duh, it's bacon! :) Be prepared that it's a little floppy...you'll probably need a sheet pan to get it into and out of the microwave without spilling your potato chips. But it's PERFECT for that application. Drops in the dishwasher for effortless cleaning. Great product at a great price!

Great product. Used to make dog treats by using the flip side. No need to cut, just flip out the baked treats - great for training!

Works great to keep the grease of your food. Easy to clean but get a bristle brush to make it easier to get into the crevices for cleaning. Does not burn or melt in the oven.

Very good quality. I use to on my microwave oven tray.

These pyramid sheets produce a small little treat. About 1/8th tsp size. I also ordered another brand where the pyramid size is a little larger. I use these to make treats for my shih-tzu.
