刺身包丁は初めて購入したのですが、お値段がお安いのでどうかなと思いましたが使ってみると包丁の切れ味がよく身にすっと入って刺身の味が違います。

I have had this knife for 8 years now. I've never had to sharpen it and it is still sharp after all this years. It has no rust even after repeated washings. Like all my cooking knives, I dry it down manually after almost every wash. However, sometimes I will let it air dry on occasion. It still looks and feels great to handle after all these years. It's still my go-to knife for slicing raw fish, poultry, pork, beef and lamb. Great knife for the price.

This is a great sushi knife for the novice sushi maker. Sushi knives are expensive, this one is not. It is definitely worth the price. It is stylish, strong, durable, sharp, and serves its purpose of cutting fish and sushi rolls very well. It is a good purchase for anyone that has been tinkering with the art of sushi-making or knows somebody that does.
