Because of the studies showing Resveritrol may help offset some of the effects of an unhealthy lifestyle, I went ahead and purchased this. I don’t always eat healthy foods and although I love exercise, sometimes life gets too busy and I put it off. I just wanted something to get me through those times to keep my body as healthy as possible. Turns out, there’s more to Resveritrol than I knew. I learned that it can also target age-related problems such as heart disease and insulin resistance. Since diabetes runs in my family, I personally think this is a great supplement to be taking. When I buy supplements, I don’t completely rely on the information provided by the website. I take it a step further by researching through google scholar. It has saved me from buying potentially useless supplements, and at the same time, it has helped me find the ideal supplements for me. I like this product and this brand, and I would certainly recommend it.

I bought this product based on a doctor's recommendation for heart health etc.. I take this with breakfast. I noticed a change in my perio disease, that my gums no longer bleed. Last time I had a cleaning my gums bled, and always have to have antibiotics injected into the deep pockets. After taking the resveratrol for about 2 months, went to a cleaning and to my delight no bleeding gums. First time this has happened in years. So I looked up if it affects the gums, well to my delight, it does. Wow, Saved me a ton of $$ on those antibiotic injections. Which i have to have every 4 months and it gets expensive. I also notice my skin looks better too.

My husband takes this to help with weight loss. Some of the things his doctor recommends. He just started,will update.

I love and trust the Jarrow brand and use this resveratrol along with CoQ10 as they are synergistic, amping up the effectiveness of each other. I was having heart palpitations and irregular heartbeats when I started this regimen and within 2 weeks they subsided completely. I am so pleased because those symptoms were freaking me out! Now I know that my heart is fine - that my body was just low on CoQ10 and the resveratrol helped to raise my levels faster! It has been a few months now and the palpitations and irregularities have not returned. Hooray!!!

I take a lot of supplements because I'm nearly 83 so have several problems that go along with that age including having had an ablation for a fib and a pacemaker put in. I'm intolerant of all heart meds so depend on my supplements and I trust them a lot more than anything the FDA approved.

I haven't seen any effects from using this and it could be placebo for all I know ... but you don't really see any effects from using ResV and this particular product was rated very highly by consumer reports.I DO strenuously object to the silly shipping price of $6.00 though fo about 3 ounces of product. At least offer FREE shipping .... we don't even know yet whether this product is beneficial.

Excellent product. It has helped me with my short term memory. I understand that it is very good for the immune system. Many people take this for other reasons such as energy, improved mood and anxiety. I don't know about that as I use it for memory enhancement.
