Can pool rails be installed while water is in the pool?

Yes, it can. We installed this pool rail on the concrete walkway surrounding our pool, drilling 4-12mm holes for the anchors and it installed with no problems. If you want to install this rail on the top step, inside your pool, you will have to drain the water below that step. Make sense? Have a nice day.

Sturdy

I bought this to help me up and down the steps of my pool. The metal fittings that come with it are poor quality so I changed the rawl plugs and it is now sturdy and does the job well.

La housse bleu est très pratique pour ne pas se brûler lorsqu'on la touche. Par contre elle est un peut difficile à placer. Les chevilles fournies conviennent très bien pour une fixation dans du béton.
