Perfect fit for 2010 Ford Escape. Same length exactly so no adjustment in alignment needed!
Super easy install and a perfect fit on my daughter's 2010 Ford Escape. Her tie rod ends were super worn and making a lot of noise and causing shaking when breaking. I was concerned about replacing these because I thought it was going to cause me to have to get an alignment afterwards. Before removing the old ones, I took a bunch of measurements to make sure I could get it back in adjustment afterwards. I removed each tie rod end by simply unscrewing it from the steering rack rod, but leaving the lock nut in exactly the same place. Upon comparing these to the OEM ends, I was excited to see that they were precisely the same length from the center of the ball joint to the end that touches the lock nut. I was simply able to screw the new ones back on to bottom out against the lock nuts still in the original position and tighten everything back down. It's nice they have a grease zirk on the top to allow you to keep them lubricated in the future. Super easy job that went way better than expected due to the OE exact sizing of these tie rod ends. After installation I took the car for a drive and everything was perfectly aligned still and the steering wheel perfectly centered. Glad I went with these high quality replacements from a known brand name. They were a great price too! Highly recommend!

It's Moog, so it is good and Made in USA, 1 of 2 was missing the grease fitting
Very reasonably priced and well made tie rod ends Made in USA. Go Moog! I replaced my old ones using a tie rod / Pittman arm puller (not a pickle fork) and that worked great. The new Moog tie rod ends come pre-greased and should have Zerk fittings (one tie rod end was actually missing the Zerk fitting even though the packaging was sealed). Had to go to my local HW store to get a Zerk fitting as I did not want to waste time returning it.

Good Fit, No Jam Nut Provided
Perfect fit for 2010 Ford Escape. As another reviewer mentioned, fitment was precise enough where the vehicle did not feel like it needed an alignment afterward. I had to use my angle grinder to carefully cut the prior part and jam nut from the tie rod as they were corroded in place and would not budge even with a large pipe wrench and heat. Note that this kit does NOT come with a jam nut. My three local chain auto parts stores, big Blue, and big Orange did not have a jam nut either. I ended up buying a replacement jam nut (M14-1.5mm) from my local Ace Hardware store for about a dollar and a half.

Moog website has wrong part number for Escape Hybrid (electric steering rack)
I ordered a set of Moog steering tie rod ends for a 2nd gen, 2008 Ford Escape AWD Hybrid, I got part number from Moog website to verify fitment. ES800846 are wrong part number, so moog website is wrong as it states this part is specifically for hybrid. I needed the parts asap so I sourced at Advance Auto for the other part Moog lists moog-ES3631, for Escape Hybrid, electric steering rack, and it fits the larger tie rod diameter and is correct diameter size for Ford Hybrid Escape. Moog parts are substantially beefier parts than the OEM parts and are serviceable with grease zerts.

This is an excellent product. This outer tie-rod has a solid well-cast feel. It fits perfectly on my 2010 Ford Escape. It comes has a castle-style nut and its somewhat skinny cotter pin. The Tie-rod also has a grease fitting to fill the tie-rod's boot. Using my grease-gun, I filled it to a comfortable level.
