Use for massage and fascia release
This is excellent for breaking fascia without blowing out my thumbs in certain areas. It allows me to get deep enough with just the pressure of my palms. I know it’s for training for football catching (saw the video) but in fact most of the skillz products are ideal for fascia release. Better than lacrosse balls - especially that reaction ball. Amazing products!

Useful Training Aid!
Ordered them for my son. They are made for adults but we were able to make them work for him using zip ties. He says it's really helping with his finger tip catching technique.
