These are the best bushings ever. They do have more rebound than your independent bushings but they let you get deep carves and return to center no problem

I recently picked up a set of Independent trucks, and while they’re amazing, the stock bushings just weren’t giving me the turn I wanted. Best bushings I’ve ever skated. Well made. You don’t need the bottom spacer I’m assuming because they don’t come with one and it’s the perfect amount of room for the bolt on the trucks. All my other bushings get split because of the tightness, these are designed very well. Very happy.

A refresh my setup with no break in period, straight to hard street skating the first day dialed in. Certified picky individual who micro manages my skate setups down to the millimeters, Don't plan on switching back to the stock bushings any time soon coming from 4 years of street skating. I weight 150 and keep these bushings hardy compressed down, utilizing its full shape street skating in high speeds. Pop my tricks clean and crave around people consistency and still be the fastest in my group. Further in-depth, This gives more freedom making sharp turns compared to stock bushings/washers, let me explain. The top stock washer lips themself has engraved marks into the aluminum preventing the full sharp turn of the trucks, no one talk about that. Thankfully Bones bushings washers built flat removing that issue entirely granting me sharper turns I catch nice wheel bites. Having wheel bite marks on my deck gives a good psychological & physical evidence I did something hard. Anyone dropping negative reviews is straight up high cortisol.

These are quality bushings! I was really Impressed with how nice they are. They did have to be broken in, but neither of them snapped like other reviews stated. I put these on an old Brandon Biebel x girl skateboard from the 2000s. I used to skate, but fell off as I was finding out myself. Now 12 years later, I’m getting back into skating again, and these were perfect for a relearning beginner. They weren’t too soft so when you try to flip or pop the board you lose control. They weren’t too hard when you couldn’t control or have too much stability. These were just right. I highly recommend. Also, I’m a 5”5 145 lb woman, 28 yo, for reference

These are great right out of the box. You don't need the hardware, just the bushings. I like not having to use the hardware. I won't use anything else now. These are softer than I prefer but can be adjusted pretty tight. I use both the hard and medium for a good balance. Buy both and try them.
