This is a great little feeder. I have another types of feeders that don't filter out the shells, the birds have to dig through to find whole seeds. I am finding they eat better and more easily out of this feeder. They obviously like it better than the ones I have had for years, evidenced by the amount of times I have to refill each. Well made, simple and unobtrusive.

I'm rating five stars for this because the product works as intended. It was easy to install and came as pictured. I do want to make a note that the space that allows food to be accessed it a little small. This would be perfect for smaller seed foods and mini pellets. I feed my conure small Roudybush pellets and they DO come through, but they don't quite fill the little tray as much as I'd like. This isn't really a product flaw, but making note of it in case someone else uses pellets of a similar size. My bird doesn't have a problem getting food out, but I worry if it jams up it could be an issue down the road.

Truth about it's assembly pretty fast to put on together good quality and easy cleaning. The bird love them as well no mess like before.

They look nice but didn’t fit our cage! The little bottom thingy has to sit on a wire! Our cage had something else in the bottom of the window! We had to return!

I had to modify my birds cage, it is a round cage, but was to be expected since the door was small but no modifications of feedee had to be done. It now fits great and my budgie used it right away, he's a very smart birdie anyways. Since I had modify the cage there's still some seed shells that comes out but that's only due to it being a round cage, modified it some more now none comes out. I love this feeder it works and looks great. The lid sits tightly on. My budgie sits in it perfectly and has lots of room to eat. I would recommend anyone to get this product, I along with my budgie loves it. I wouldn't recommend this for any birds bigger than the size of budgies/parakeets, small birdies fits perfectly inside it. ***So not sure if anyone from Amazon reads these but will say anyways, tell your drivers to make sure to drop packages off at correct addresses so we don't have to retrieve them from neighbors houses. We had to figure out where our last delivery ended up at and found on our neighbors porch. My address is correct so tell them to learn how to read***

i am not sure i am mistaken but you cant mount this in the cage see the screw is in the other size which cant be mounted

I bought one and then I bought another one. It saves all that mess, but more importantly, without all the husk falling back into the seed bowl you’re really saving a lot of seed even though I would always try and blow out the loose husk. It’s really great just having to drop off into that bottom container. The birds figured it out immediately. They have no issues eating from it. I love it.

It doesn't make a mess because my 2 parakeets don't use it.

So happy with the purchase. There is absolutely no mess and a full container lasts for 10 days for my 2 budgies.
