I ordered thI ordered this during the 11.11 sale and was so excited for it to arrive. Imagine my surprise when I opened it today. The expiration date is January 1st, 2025! What am I supposed to do with this?

Love this stuff! It is a perfect gradual tanner. It is not going to get you a deep tan overnight like other products, it is designed to be buildable. I am fair and it took a few applications before it started to make me look tan. It never looked orange or streaky or unnatural. I think you would have to use way too much or do a bad job applying it to make that happen. The best part is that it is the least smelly tanning lotion I have ever used. Yes it smells very slightly like fake tanner, but only mildly and has a nice tropical scent. Every other tanning product I have used I feel like I have to shower off the smell before I go out into the world. With this stuff the smell is so minor you don't have to worry. It might be a little stronger if you do your entire body (I mainly just use it on my legs) but still not bad at all compared to other products.

As someone who usually blinds people with my pale legs, I can officially say this lotion works. The color builds gradually so it never looks streaky or orange, and it smells way better than most self-tanners. After a few applications I finally have a natural-looking glow instead of my usual “translucent” shade. Easy to apply, moisturizes well, and the tan actually lasts.

I used the Hawaiian Tropic self-tanner for an entire season. I was pleased with the overall color I got, although it's subtle. That's generally my preference, though, as I don't want a deep tan, just a little color. This is a thicker and richer formula that goes on smoothly. As long as you exfoliate occasionally and work it in well, you shouldn't get streaks. The initial scent was a kind of pineapple/coconut scent, but it fades really quickly to the scent of what I assume is the DHA. That scent is the one that lingers, and I don't love it. I don't think anyone you're talking to will smell it, but I definitely did. I would repurchase this again if I saw it for a good price, but it wasn't my absolute favorite.

I felt it went on smoothly without a oily feeling and dried quickly. It's important to wear gloves otherwise you may stain your fingers. The scent was pleasant not like the others where you can smell it all around you. Its a great product to maintain your summer tan,without having to go to a Tanning salon during the winter. And much more economical.

I'm giving 3 stars because I'm not sure if I got a bad batch this purchase based on my previous bottle. See the video for the differences in my older Hawaiian Tropic and my new one. I'm so disappointed because I'm out of my original and I loved it, but this new one is coming out greenish and even leaves a greenish tone on my legs. I wanted to give it a chance to develop but it hasn't changed. I'm not sure if I should order it again. I've tried other brands but I couldn't stand their strong, perfume scents. Hawaiian Tropic has a subtle pleasant scent which I also like.
