I have not had the opportunity to use this with snow yet (and hopefully won't for some time). But it feels nice and sturdy and I used it to shovel up all the autumn leaves that had blown into the corner of the patio. It was great for shovelling up the big pile of wet leaves. You have to attach the shovel part to the handle yourself, so need a bit of strength to push the handle on as far as it will go.

Updated review - I’ve increased the stars from 2-4 because when you do finally manage to assemble it this is a good sturdy shovel, perfect for shovelling leaves. Just a shame it doesn’t come with the handle fitted. —————————————————— I can’t understand why this doesn’t come assembled when it arrived in a huge box. The handle is too large to fit into the shovel end. I have struggled to try to assemble it so far, without success. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless you either have tools to reduce the width of the handle or have brute strength to force the handle in.

Value for money

just received my snow shovel, Really happy with it i think its very good value for money pole is a good size for tall people and the shovel is robust, so if you are thinking of buying one i would recommend this one.

It was not as described. It's said sturdy heavy duty plastic. It certainly is not heavy duty plastic.. But not a lot I can do about it now as it's not worth the hassle to post and return.

Thanks to the courier, this arrived very late and without a handle. However the seller was great and sent the missing part as soon as I got in touch, along with an apology although it wasn’t their fault. The shovel seems good quality although I didn’t get a chance to try it out, as the snow had melted by the time if arrived. It looks like it will be handy for leaves in the autumn too.
