This skort is just the right length, both skirt part and undershorts. The shorts come down to an inch or so above the hemline (I am 5'-6").The shorts are a soft, cool mesh and don't ride up. No shorts pockets, that would have been nice. However, the front pockets are nice and deep and there is also the zipper pocket in the back and front hidden pockets that would be good for keys, a tissue or cash. My only comment would be the front pockets would be better with zippers to keep them flat and to keep things from falling out if you are active.The size chart is difficult to interpret. I went by hip size only (not waist), since that was the largest of my measurements. I ended up with XL and it does gently hug my belly.I think this is a versatile, flattering, comfy skirt. I plan to wear it traveling because it packs smaller than cotton. The fabric is a good weight and the skirt is sewn well, but the fabric does seem to snag easily.

I'm always on the lookout for travel pieces that are comfortable, flattering, can be washed and dried in a hotel room, and can be dressed up or down and this skort is a winner in all of those categories!It's long enough that you can sit on chairs and your skin isn't touching the seat, but short enough that it's cool in warmer weather, and with a 7" short underneath, it's one-piece bottom dressing, no messing around in slip shorts. The fabric is quite thin, which makes the skirt feel barely there, but makes me sad because I would wear this well into fall with sweaters but I think it might be too chilly. I was afraid the synthetic nature of the material would make it sticky, but all I felt was a nice swooshing breeze when I walked.The hidden pocket is about the size of a credit card, but it doesn't zip or velcro closed so I'm not sure how secure a card would be, but it was great to carry my car key in. The side pockets also don't close and while the fabric is very stretchy, if you get a size that's a wee bit tight, I feel like they will pop out and ruin the line. There is one logo on the back of the waistband that's in a reflective material, but you can cover it up with a shirt if you want it to look less I'm Going Golfing, and more Waiter, What Are Your Dinner Specials, or even, Thanks For Coming To This Meeting. I really love this skort and it's going to go on many adventures with me: with a tank, sneakers or flip flops during the day, a silky top, and ballet flats at night.

Nice comfortable design. Perfect length. I’m 5’6’’ and 170 lbs. Ordered a large based on chart, but a medium would have been a better fit. Would have liked more tummy control, but this may have been because the L was a little too big. This is more casual than professional, would not wear to the office, even if dressed up.

This is great. Washed perfectly and fits great. Perfect for running around town. I’ll probably buy more.

Highly recommend. Medium fits like a medium. Though I did buy one in medium, but it fit like a small, which was fine, as I weighed 113.

I bought this in three colors. The navy blue version does have a zipper pocket, but the black and white one DO NOT, even though it is listed in the description. Not a game changer for me as I rarely use it, but the description is inaccurate and if you want that back pocket, it may not be on the color you purchase. Not returning, don't want a refund, happy with the item, it just doesn't have that zipper pocket! The item is very comfortable, a great length, figure flattering and fits as expected.

The media could not be loaded. I'm 5'8" and finding a flattering skort that's not too short or too long has been a challenge, but this skort is perfect! It hits just above my knee. I live in a hot and humid climate and I also love how light the material is, but still high quality. The shorts underneath are comfortable and don't ride up. I love the pockets too. This skort will be my go-to for weekends and running errands. As I said, I'm 5'8", 167 lbs and I ordered a large. It's very comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE this skort! I’ve got long legs and this falls to a flattering length. I’m one of those people who looks terrible in shorts but this looks really good on me. Plus it is extremely comfortable! I’ve tried several other brands of knee-length skorts (since discovering the whole concept a few months ago) and Baleaf by far has the best comfort level, fabric, and pocket design!!! The patterned fabric does NOT have a logo on the outside (yay!) so I can wear it anywhere. I would order several more of these immediately if the solids didn’t have the logo on the outside. That darn logo immediately limits the use to sporty even though the basic design could be dressed up. That inability to add more of these to my wardrobe is why I only gave it 4 stars. (Sooo frustrating since I love this so much!). The one I got in a print (without a logo) I’d give 10 stars (yep, I know it doesn’t go that high, I’m just trying to point out how much I love what I purchased). Additional things that I’ve found to be important to me since trying other brands: the shorts are a dark color that matches the skirt so it doesn’t look like you’re exposing your underwear if they’re seen; the pockets are not on the shorts so you don’t have to hike up your skirt to access a pocket; there are lots of easily accessible pockets - the 2 large pockets are located where front pockets of jeans are located making their use very natural (many other brands put their pockets in the side seam, often with a zipper, making accessibility much more difficult) and they are plenty deep enough to easily carry your cell phone or whatever you usually carry in your jeans pockets - there is a small zippered security pocket (for credit cards or a little cash) near the waistband at the middle of your back - and after weeks of wear I just discovered a hidden pocket !! in the waistband above the front left pocket.Baleaf: Please take note. Remove your logo and you’d be able to sell many more of these. I see from other reviews that I am not the only person who wants this. It’s a simple way to make a great product even better!
