CirKa Controller for N64 (Gray)

The controller looks and feels almost like the OEM Nintendo 64 Controller, but you can tell the build quality isn't quite up to par. That being said the controller still works very well. My only complaint is that you can definitely feel that it isn't an original controller, the button action just isn't as smooth however that may change the more it is used.

I bought this controller for an old-fashioned N64 I also bought here through amazon. If you are a serious collector of authentic Nintendo gear, then you will notice there are some minor cosmetic differences between this controller and the official N64 controller from back in the 90s.Essentially, the controller is the same ergonomic shape and the buttons are in the same positions as well as stick and d-pad, but it features different fonts for the buttons and slightly different coloring of the buttons. Since this is a knock-off of a Nintendo product, it does not feature the Nintendo seal of approval. For a guy like me, I could possibly care less, though, since it is compatible with my new N64 system and games and that is enough for me.I've tried it with Mario Party 1 & 2 and it works like a charm. For those of you looking for a classic gaming controller and don't want to shell out a lot of money for the official product, this is for you.

Controller does work. However.. the port barely plugs into the 64. They gray controller I bout is darker in color than the original controllers. Just annoying. The d pad is dummy stiff and sticky..I dint know if I will be getting another one rather just buy used original ones.. the joystick does work like normal. This controller will not effect gameplay.

I purchased a new N64 controller because the joysticks on all my old ones have become extremely floppy. This controller is similar in almost every way to the original controllers except it doesn't say Nintendo on it in the elipsoidal shape above the start button.

The controller was just what I expected and was the exact same as the older one I had from before! Works great! No complaints!

Be careful buying something not made by Nintendo. The joystick is very sensitive, so it makes playing some of the classic games pretty difficult. Small movements translate into major movements of characters.

might not have been the sender's fault, but the controller stopped working within a week of arrival, also seemed like an off-brand, not actually Nintendo
