This just came in today . All I can say is if you're contemplating on getting this or not , GET IT! You won't regret it! It is an investment in your eye health and well being! And it feels AWESOME! I have no regrets whatsoever! Very effective!

I enjoy using the Bob and Brad eye massager. I sit in front of a computer all day and, by the time I get home, my eyes are very tired and dry, and I sometimes even have a headache. I put the eye massager on and it feels so relaxing. I often doze off while wearing it. Lol. It is definitely worth the money. You can adjust the massage strength and the heat. It's very soothing. I also like the zippered case it comes with. I can see myself using this while traveling also.

I am writing to share my feedback and experience regarding your eye massager. I originally purchased an eye massager on December 2, 2024. While I have been a loyal fan of your other products, such as the mini massager I purchased in 2022, I was initially disappointed when the eye massager stopped working after just over a year. However, after learning about your two-year warranty, I recently received a pink replacement device on March 7, 2026. The difference is remarkable. This replacement is much quieter and smoother than my original white unit (without the remote), which I now realize may have been defective due to its loud operating noise. This positive experience has restored my confidence in your brand, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Based on my usage, I would like to offer the following suggestions for future improvements: - Audio: Please consider adding a "very low" volume option. Additionally, removing the "agent voice" prompts would prevent interruptions during relaxation. I do, however, greatly appreciate the instrumental music over nature sounds. - Settings: Offering higher heat settings, stronger massage pressure, and extending the automatic shut-off timer from 10 to 15 minutes would be beneficial. - Design & Accessories: A bright "Valentine's Red" color option would be a great addition. Also, given the price point, including a hard carrying case (similar to your back massagers) rather than a nylon pouch would provide better protection for travel. - Fit: Ensuring the bridge area prevents light leakage, especially for those with smaller faces, would improve the experience. I rarely do a review for a product, but felt compelled to leave one for this eye massager. It is wonderful! You can adjust the heat, pressure, and volume. It blocks out all light. It is so relaxing that I usually fall asleep while using this product making me very glad that it automatically shuts off in 15 minutes. It does help reduce my dry eye symptoms somewhat. I have recommended it to my family and friends.

I normally don’t write reviews. But I have been so impressed with this eye massager that I have to share my story here. While I was in Texas helping my families, my right eye strangely swelled up with a thick bump on the upper lip. My family doctor prescribed eye antibiotics ointment. Used for 2 weeks but no improvement at all. I then visited an eye doctor and he also prescribed me another kind of medication. He instructed me to use dry heat eye mask and massage my eye lid. He said it’s due to my eye oil gland blockage. So I decided to search an eye massager on Amazon. I bought and tried several brands. But I was not impressed at all. Until I found Bob and Brad eye massager and give it a try. Wow, it feels so different. The way it massages around the eye and side of temples feeling so good that I often fell asleep before the session ends. The 4 button functions for you to choose your desired pressure, heat, music etc are so convenient. After a month of consistent daily use of this device, my eye gradually back to normal. But I have made this my daily routine using it before bedtime and after wake up in the morning. My eye sight has improved and puffiness around my eyes are way much better like no longer there. My friends said I looks much younger, healthy and happier. Eyes don’t lie. Now my eyes are not as tired and watery as before. And more, it relieves my seasonal allergies symptoms of nose stuffiness, congestion and headaches. I now use way much less of allergy nasal spray and pills. Wow, never thought of these benefits comes from an eye massager. My sister also bought one after she saw the difference after I use it. She totally fell in love with it. I often found her fell asleep on the couch with “Bob and Brad” on her face. Funny. We bought many products on Amazon but very rare to feel strong impression and love of a product. This one is definitely exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. The customer service of this company is also extremely good. They respond to customer’s questions and needs very promptly. This is kind of company will be successful by making great products and good customer support.

I ordered this to help with my migraines. It’s very fitting and Everytime I use it, I tend to fall asleep lol it’s very relaxing and the heat level is comfortable, you can put it on a low or high setting. It’s light weight but comfortably heavy enough to put in the work. The massage is great all around and I think it’s worth the money. I had trouble with the first one I purchased as it quit working, so I contacted customer support and after a video of me proving it didn’t work, they sent me a new one free of charge and told me to keep the old one so I just tossed it. 10/10 recommend the brand and customer service team!

This mask is nice. The strap on the back needs to cup/cradle better to your head, especially considering the weight on the front. The mask is comfortable. The heat gets hot quite fast. The massaging works very well, but very noisy. Something to consider for people with headaches. The sounds are just plain annoying. That being said Bluetooth allows you to play something more soothing. Top takeaways are figure your settings prior to when you feel a headache coming, this way you don't get annoyed with it while you have one. Also try to use when you feel a headache coming on and not halfway into one. This is more of a preventive/easing headache device.

Now, I have never owned a eye massager before and the only reason I purchased this one was because I had FSA Money to spend or else I would loose it. So since this one was covered under the FSA/HSA plan, let me try it out. It is worth the money spent. The quality is great. This is definitely one of those items that you don't know you need it until you have it and now your day is not complete with out it (sounds addicting, right?) lol. The functionality works wonders for relaxing your eyes and massaging your temples. The pressure is perfect at low for me. It has heat, air compression and music and you can toggle thru what you want and it collapses to easily pack travel with it. With a full charge, the battery last long enough for a full week of usage. It is only runs for 15 mins at a time. I wish it was longer without having to start it over if needed at least 20 mins? The noise level could be a just a little quieter but I guess with all that it is doing is why it is a bit loud (or it might be becuse it is close to your ear so it sound loud), but you could always play music to drown some of the noise out. but you get used to it and then it becomes white noise. It has bluetooth function so you can play your own music as well. P.S. I tried a few more of the other brands of eye massagers (on the FSA plan) and I found that Bob and Brad to be the most relaxing and gentle for me and I like the fact they they also had 30+ yrs of profession in the field of therapy. I end up returning the other 4 brands ( didn't care for the Vibrating features nor did I like the fit - for me. I even had my girls try them to see which would they choose, without my opinion, and they also choose the Bob and Brad brand). So I ordered 2 other colors in the Bob and Brad brand. LOLOL one for traveling, one for home and one to share with my kids! Hand off of mine!! I use it EVERY night in bed and sometimes I take a 30 min nap with it during the day since my main job is on the computer in front of the screen. I works at relaxing my eyes from any strain. I just love it!! I hope if you try it that you will too.
