Great for your Hands

Trying this before CTS surgery. Watched video on u tube about it. The Yellow gives a little resistance. I like how the seller shows the resistance of each color !!! It's also like $7 bucks so you can't lose. Also, When you put it back into its container after use, it goes back into its original shape. You can also purchase the multi pack with all the levels as your hand muscle increases over time, but I just got the yellow to start. Great therapy tool.

Glad I bought this!

This works really well for creating a variety of hand-strengthening exercises. I've made a habit of using it at least twice a day. But be careful to keep it stored in the container it came in. It can get stuck on fabric and other surfaces.
