3 oz is a good amount for hand exercise
Great! Recommend brand name putty. I bought the yellow which is just enough resistance to start with. On 3 ounces but definitely enough for palm of hand to work your fingers. Will bring with me to OT because it is more sanitary than sharing putty with everyone else.

Great for your Hands
Trying this before CTS surgery. Watched video on u tube about it. The Yellow gives a little resistance. I like how the seller shows the resistance of each color !!! It's also like $7 bucks so you can't lose. Also, When you put it back into its container after use, it goes back into its original shape. You can also purchase the multi pack with all the levels as your hand muscle increases over time, but I just got the yellow to start. Great therapy tool.
