I have a 2015 Ford Fusion, and my shift knob is made from some kind of rubber material that over the years has started to become soft and if I hit it just the right way with my nail pieces of it come chipping off and it's also a bit sticky, which is annoying. I had no idea the solution actually exists so when I found this product I was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad I decided to give it a try. I'm a crafty kind of person so the fact that this product needs to be hand sewn into place didn't scare me, and even if you are not a crafty kind of person with no sewing experience whatsoever, you still shouldn't be afraid of this. It's just a few stitches and it's easy to do. Personally, I found it easier to do the stitching with the shift knob in the neutral position just to give myself a bit of extra space in the front. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm really impressed with the fit. So far I have not seen it come loose or move around in any way and it seems like the product will have a long life. In addition it looks really sleek and honestly looks like a piece that was made by Ford specifically for the car. I would definitely recommend this product for somebody who is looking to cover that annoying rubber shift knob. Not only is it so much easier but obviously also much cheaper to leave the original shift knob intact and just cover it up. I highly recommend this product!

Fit perfect on 2015 Ford escape. Handle was falling apart, and this covers it nicely for a good price. Looks good and easy to install. I didn't even string it up all the way, but tightened it enough and tucked the excess string in. Nice and snug, no play or movement, and looks good.

Exactly what I needed for my 2015 Fiesta gear shifter that was literally crumbling in my hand. I pulled off as much of the crumbling shifter that I could and put this over and sewed it on. I was a little unsure about it when I saw it didn't just slip on but having to sewn it on really ensures a good fitm. Ive had zero issues after putting it on! 10/10!

I bought this to cover my sticky shift knob after year of service. Mainly got tired of getting melted rubber/plastic on my hands and shirt. The shift knob cover fit pretty well and looks decent. The stitching is the most difficult task and it is not too bad even with my deteriorated dexterity. I got it in and it looks/feels good. It does the job I bought it for which is to keep my hands from looking like I was picking up tar.

Great for covering the automatic shifter handle on my daughter's 2016 Ford Fiesta SE. The material on the handle had degraded over time and become soft, squishy, and was leaving a sticky residue on her hands. Very pleased to find this product. The sewing part was a bit cumbersome, but there is an installation video which helped a lot. Very awkward to see when sewing, but not too difficult or impossible to do. Took me a few minutes to get it sewed up and tied off, but it seems very secure. Much better looking, and covers the damage to the original handle, while still allowing access to the buttons on the shifter. Very satisfied with the product. Shipping was delayed a day, but it was a holiday weekend, so no big deal. Would definitely recommend!

I am so, so tired of this mediocrity and false advertising. Sew it on, really? Did the seller not think that not everyone can sew easily, and when the car is shifted in Park mode, we have no visual of the forward side of the product? Is there a very good reason why a zipper or other binding method was not implemented? This is a terrible product that did not fit or get installed, and ended up in the trash. Avoid at all costs. Easier yo swap out the handle.
