I just noticed that one of the ingredients in the softgels is carrageenan. Isn't that really unhealthy and is it also in the liquid bottle?

carrageenan is on the fence; some say it is okay, others say it is toxic and/or problematic even in small amounts...doterra refuses to address it and refuses to disclose the specific sources of where they get their ingredients, so it is hard to trust them. an even more problematic ingredient than carageenan is maltitol. there is no place for maltitol in what is being marketed as a health product. talk about gastrointestinal upset....

Absolutely! 2 softgels contains Lavender Flowering Tops Oil 160 mg., L-Theanine 100 mg., Proprietary Extract Blend: Lemon Balm (Leaf & Stem), Passionflower (Flower & Aerial Parts), and German Chamomile (Petal) 50 mg. Other ingredients include Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Non-GMO Food Starch, Glycerin, Purified Water, Maltitol, Carrageenan, Sunflower Lecithin, and Silica. I hope this helps! :)

Does it take a while for these to work. I bought them and took two capsules. Didn't help. Do I continue to take them every night to get results.

I didn't find this worked either. I took 2 a night for the whole bottle. I love the oil on the bottoms of my feet every night. That works!
