Great Fun
Very much fun. Our group found the questions thought provoking and certainly helped us to open our selves to one another.

Great Community Builder for Classrooms
I’ve used this as a device to get kids off of their phones and actually talking. I’m a middle school teacher and these have helped immensely to build community and relationships within my classroom. Kids have fun and it’s easy to have conversations using these cards. High value for the price.

Interesting questions for conversation starters.
So, I'm a bit of an awkward person. I'm an introvert (test out at 100% introversion every time) and I possibly suffer from a lifetime of social anxiety (not officially diagnosed). Dealing with people in general is a difficult task on it's own but then add in the terrifying and draining task of conversations and the dread of possible small talk and it's even worse... at least for people like me. During the COVID pandemic between lockdowns and moves to on-line environments I found myself with more energy than usual (because all you extroverts weren't sucking it out of me all day every day) so I thought maybe, just maybe, I could do a little work on myslef and try to become more comfortable with conversations and pushing past small talk. Well, I ended up getting myself lots of these kinds of conversation decks and prompt cards. These cards are basically put into 3 categories of close, closer, closest. This largely lines up into the psychological theories around levels of intimacy. Depending what you read there are 3-7 but generally it gets put into 5 levels such as: Level 1: SAFE COMMUNICATION Level 2: OTHERS OPINIONS AND BELIEFS Level 3: PERSONAL OPINIONS AND BELIEFS Level 4: FEELINGS AND EXPERIENCES Level 5: NEEDS, EMOTIONS, AND DESIRES Based on this dichotomy the "close" cards tend to focus on level 1, the "closer" cards on levels 2-3, and the "closest" cards on levels 4-5. So the "Close" cards are a lot of small talk get to know you better cards. They ask questions along the lines of what's your favorite song and stuff like that. The closer are going to ask you questions that dig a little deeper, and the closest are going to try and get at the really deep feelings. The questions are good questions, but the problem remains that for people like me, we rarely end up in situations where we would have someone to play this kind of game with or whom we feel comfortable enough having these types of conversations with in the first place. I can't imagine using this with most people. I don't necessarily even feel comfortable using these questions with my own family. So, mostly I use these as writing prompts. I always feel like I don't know how to respond to questions when people talk to me so I use these kinds of things to sort of prepare myself instead for possible questions about myself so I'm not a deer in the headlights. I can see these being a good type of activity to use if you are not as introverted as I and you invite people over and want to play it. It's set up to be asked like a trivia type question with some wild cards that ask everyone to participate but there's no scoring system no keeping points no clear winning or losing or cooperative progression. So as a game it's a little lacking.

Love these cards!
Got these for my boyfriend for Christmas. Not only were they good for us, they were equally great for playing with other friends. Looking forward to getting one of the other sets.

Neat Game, Very Little Difference Between Versions
I bought the Social Bonding as well as the Dating Edition and they don't feel any different. A comment for both of these is that they came without any sort of clear wrap or sticker to indicate they were sealed. I took them out of the shipment packaging and thought maybe I had gotten a return but 100 cards were there in both boxes. I expected the Social Bonding game to be more friendly and group oriented but there are a few cards in there that I'd consider more intimate, such as blindfolded activities and some pretty deep questions I wouldn't really ask a friend. These may be great questions to ask someone you're wanting to know on a deeper level. For the Dating Edition, I expected it to ask more probing questions, especially under the "Closest" category, but I found myself thinking I'd ask my friends most these questions. I didn't expect the Dating Edition to be NSFW but I expected deeper and meaningful engagement questions. I really don't think these are a great purchase. There are better ways to break the ice with friends and to learn more about your partner and I don't think these cards are it.

This is excellent
You really need this to develop good relationships with your friends :) It has been so revealing and has deepened relationships. The green side I used with my new team at work - I just filtered a couple of the cards out for the sake of work.

Arrivé abimé
Arrivé abimé, dans un sachet mal fermé. Pourquoi? Le jeu et les questions sont intéressantes, mais le prix est trop élevé pour ce que j'ai reçu.
