I’ve been using this for 18 months now and believe it does help with my hair loss..I suffer from frontal fibrosing alopecia and androgenetic alopecia,I will be honest I do use other products as well but a family member also uses this and we both agree with use it is effective but it’s not a quick fix..it does take time. With this product you get over a years supply at a great price,tablets are really small so easy to swallow.

Have been using these for some time now . I take this every day with a glass of cold water. Not only has my hair improved so has my skin health and nails. Good size tablet very easy to swallow with no aftertaste. My daily routine cannot be without. Great quality, excellent effectiveness. Highly recommend.

It’s a little early to tell. But my hair certainly feels more nourished and I am losing very little. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no side effects. So far, so good!

This Biotin bottle for hair growth is just one of them that supported towards my successful hair growth journey. I did the following regime to get thicker and faster hair growth combined with this supplement to get the best speed and thickness of hair growth: 1. Biotin Supplement for hair growth, every day. If you get a headaches, take it with a meal always. if you still get a headache, take it in the form of B-complex and after a healthy meal. 2. Taoist Soap for Hair Growth x2 a week (can find online or in UK Pharmacy) 3. Fragrance Free Shampoo on x3 a week or whenever i shampoo hair (not even natural fragrances) 4. Taking Collagen Powder Supplement 2x a day, daytime and evening (bovine collagen works best) 5. Drinking Nettle Tea at least 1x a day (make sure you are not allergic to nettle) to detox hormone residue in the liver. 6. Scalp massage every day for at least 20 minutes (this is very under-rated and people don't realize how easily our scalp gets blocked). In my experience with trying to help my own hair growth problem (in terms of speed as well as hair thickness), I found that the above regime helped me most, which covers nutrition, circulation, inflammation and hormones. I have tried the methods above on their own, and they seem to work better in combination rather than alone. Of course, I am not a doctor, so ensure you consult with one before doing anything. Just wanted to share my own experience and have used this method to help the men and women in my family and friends circle.
