Best Belgian White Chacolate
This is my second time buy, Probably i will buy more as i am doing some kind of Chacolate experiments and Dubai Chacolates on my own , this is my review for this product, I’m really impressed with this white chocolate! It’s incredibly smooth and creamy, perfect for a wide range of baking and candy-making projects. I’ve used it for everything from cookies and fudge to making chocolate-covered Oreos and even homemade ice cream. Each time, it has added a rich, delicious flavor that stands out—definitely a step above the typical white chocolate you find in stores. It melts beautifully and has a great texture, making it easy to work with in various recipes. While it’s on the pricier side, it seems to go further than other chocolates I’ve used, and the taste justifies the extra cost. I also appreciated that it arrived in perfect condition with no issues with tempering. I’m so glad I found this, as it really does remind me of the classic white chocolate taste I remember from childhood—nothing like the fake white “chocolate” products out there. I’ll definitely be purchasing this again for my future baking and candy-making needs! Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality white chocolate that delivers both in flavor and performance!

Excellent
Bougie chocolate. I really love this. They melt perfectly and I have had some comments about how rich and delicious it is. I used it to make fudge.

Melts Like A Dream
Don’t be fooled like I was by other brands that state on their label: white baking chips! This is the real McCoy and worth the extra cost. I make chocolate bark using a Pyrex double boiler to melt these white chocolate chips on low heat. Takes about ten minutes to melt. I microwave the chocolate chips and then mix, and refrigerate. Great product, great taste!

Net Weight SHORT 20 grams of promised Two Pounds - Chocolate great
Measure before you start your baking - Cambie shorted me on weight! I use this white chocolate for rum raisin fudge because its net weight is supposed to be two full pounds (908 grams) - this has been true in the past but this year Dec 2024 the product contained less than to two pounds I needed for 2 batches of fudge (by 20 grams at least!) forcing me to buy an extra bar of white chocolate for my fudge. Other than that, the chocolate itself is perfect --- great melting point, perfect size chips for measuring and melting, tastes wonderful (not too sweet).

They may not be pretty, but it is delicious!
I tempered this chocolate, it was the first time I've done it, and this chocolate worked perfectly for the task. I made chocolate covered cherries with a liquid fondant center using invertase. The process worked well, and I'm excited to make more! I gave my dad a chocolate covered spoon to lick clean, and he said, wow, this is some really good chocolate! He's the choco-holic in the family, so I trust his judgement!

hole in package
Received my white chocolate yesterday. There was a slit at the top of the package and lots of white chips had come out and were loose in the mailing package. Not feeling good about using the remainder. I see these are non returnable being a food item so not sure what to do. as they were on the expensive side. Thank-you.
