Sturdy pan
Love it!! This pan is large and I had to develop a recipe that can expand into the space properly, but holy when it’s baked up so beautifully it becomes the most perfectly square bread for sandwiches or French/Texas toast. Heat distribution is excellent and the whole loaf browns to perfection in the pan. Once baked it slips out easily and the pan is easy to wipe out and reuse!! Highly recommended 🤗
