Let me start off by saying I usually don't write reviews but I have to let people know about this amazing product! As a working mom this exactly what I needed to maintain my energy level. I've been taking it for about a week now I have so much more energy! These pills definitely work right after you take them! I love that it tastes great too! Definitely going to buy more! Couldn't be happier with the results!!!

We LOVE this amazing product! My son and myself both have genetic mutations and he happens to have a compound Homozygous MTHFR mutation. These lozenges have really helped with the fatigue and brain fog! Its super easy to get him to eat them too, since they taste like candy ;) overall I would highly recommend these quality products for young and old alike! You won't be sorry about this purchase!

I have really no opinion about this supplement

Almost immediately I felt more energy. I was amazed! I take it every day & there has been a noticable difference in both my physical energy and my brain functioning. I just found out that I have the MTHFR gene abnormality & I need to take a methylated B12 & folate. I took B12 shots for years & they did nothing because it was not methylated & my body could not process the B12. My blood test showed elevated B12 in my blood stream & that is a good indicator that you may have a problem with absorbing some supplements correctly. I can't believe the thousands of dollars I have spent on vitamins that didn't work. But Core Med Active B12 + Folate has made a huge change in my life. I always try one thing at a time so I know what is working. Thank you Core Med!

NOT happy - purchased last month (April 2025). Item too close to expiration (this months). Took one dose of item and experienced bad reaction. I've purchased these tablets multiple times without issue until now.

Great supplement! I bought this as an "add-on" to my multivitamin because it did not contain the methyl forms of B-12 and Folate which are the most bio-available forms. Great tasting little pill that dissolves under your tongue. Fanastic follow-up from the company that produces the pill with nutritional information that helped me better understand the importance (even necessity) of taking these nutrients in their methyl form. Excellent customer service, great price.
