This little coil is the real deal! you almost feel as if you have no coil on at all. It really helps to get in between the trash and goes much deeper than advertised. I found items over 9 inches and in extremely trashy sites. Some targets actually had nails on top of them, which is amazing. I would think that i was just getting the good signal from the nail till I swung over the hole again. Yep, good target was several inches deeper under the nail. Found plenty of good targets with nails and or aluminum junk in the same hole. It truly is a sniper coil. Do you still dig pull tabs?? Yes. Do you still dig nails?? Yes. No way around those things but you will also find more good targets mixed as you can discriminate better that there is a good target in there and hone in on it much easier. The only drawback is this coil must be swung in very close proximity to targets. if you get a wonky signal, slow down and swing over the area in very close rows. You cannot cover ground nearly as fast as you can with the 11 or 15 inch coils but with those, you will find much less in trashy areas because of their larger sizes. if an iron target passes under the center bar of those targets at the same time you will never know as the iron will mask the good signal. Not a problem with the little 6 inch coil. Get one and take it to your favorite hunted out spot, you wont be sorry.
