Wow!! So strong, it is dangerous! Do not get any flesh caught between magnet and thick steel. Very difficult to separate from thick steel. Love it though. Will pick up smaller items 8 inches away. Looking forward to fishing with it.

I ordered 5 different magnets: 750 double sided, 1000 double sided, 2000 360°, and this 1500 360°. This brute 1500 is the best of all I tested. I did not test the brute 2000, looking forward to it in a few years. I was able to lift and suspend a 2 foot length of rail road track. The double sided magnets broke free at about 75 lbs ( disappointing). I found most ratings were abstract, and many reviews were also useless because the author did not know what ferris metals are or the test was inappropriate. Highly rate this Brute 1500!

This Magnet has a specific area on the rounded side that is magnetic. Not as strong as I thought it would be. Great for picking up screws and nails. Small things.

STRONG!!!! Get a case and watch out where you put this also be careful with your fingers. This is a very strong magnate. I pulled a safe out of the water and even used it to tie my boat up just from its strength. Don't do that! It can hold however. Its more than enough for magnate fishing. If you need to power this is it.

Great magnet I’ve been using it for about a year now and picks up lots of stuff mainly on the bottom. It does have a very thick shell that keeps it from getting chipped. It is very heavy though to be throwing out a few hours at a time .

Un des plus gros si ce n est pas le plus gros aimant au néodine sur le marché . Je suis en amour avec . La seule limite maintenant c est ce que je suis capable de remonter à bras . Je pense de m acheter un treuil pour aller avec . Svp ne pas accrocher l aimant sur le mousqueton mais directement à la corde avec un noeud façile à trouver sur internet . Le mousqueton c est pour attacher la corde sur un arbre ou quelque chose de bien ancré au sol question de ne pas perdre son aimant . Livré rapidement , le Boss réduit tout autre aimant au rang de jouet pour enfant . Pour ceux qui pêchent depuis longtemp , pas pour les débutants .

Unfortunately I’m one of the unlucky ones who lost they’re magnet. Definitely upset about it and don’t even know what happened. It had the thread locker and cure time to ensure it was set but this is where I’m lost. Once I pulled up it was just the carabiner on the rope but the carabiner was twisted close and tight. So my theory is the eyelet cracked on some thing and broke but I was in a clear area. If there is any Amazon or Brute Magnetics can do it would be highly appreciated. These magnets are the boss. Grabs bikes like it’s supper.
